Contract a builder

Another way to reduce the cost of building is to choose the subcontractors yourself: for plumbing, electricity, windows and doors, carpentry and kitchen, which can reduce greatly the cost of these items. So ask the quotes and models to at least three subcontractors and choose the one who offers the lowest cost and the best design quality.
