Purchase land

To purchase land you’ll need to do some hunting around. Where do you prefer to live, in the city or in the country? What about proximity to schools, your place of work, shopping centers, parkers, emergency services, public transport, etc?

Also pay close attention to the property dimensions, your future neighbors, vehicle traffic on neighboring streets, the presence of trees, soil quality, pollution, including noise pollution.

Another question is whether to by a lot looking to a street or a lot in a condominium. The first is less expensive and has less restriction for construction. But in the second there is more security.

Some resources you can use for finding land are the internet, your local real estate papers, bargain papers, newspapers, etc.

In any case, buying a land is always a good investment, particularly if the land is located in a high growth area.

If you are near the retirement age you probably like this land with a beautiful view to the Chapala Lake where I am going to build my next home.
